1. Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping across all U.S. states and territories, as well as international shipping.

Most U.S. and international orders are delivered within 7–12 business days after processing.

We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

2. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

During peak seasons, holidays, promotional periods, or special circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

Most U.S. and international orders are delivered within 7–12 business days after processing.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination, local carrier service, holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Rates

Free shipping is available on orders $69+.

For orders under $69, a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 applies.

If any additional shipping cost applies to your destination, the final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

5. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@jonats.com.

Once an order has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country or region.

When applicable, JONATS will cover the required customs duties or import taxes for your order.

Customers will not be asked to pay additional customs duties or import taxes separately after checkout.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives safely, occasional shipping issues may occur.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@jonats.com as soon as possible. Our customer support team will assist you in reviewing the issue and finding a suitable solution.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing a high-quality shopping experience and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, our return and exchange policy is here to help you. Please carefully read the following terms:

1. Return & Exchange Period

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Trying shoes on indoors for fit is okay.

For size-related returns, please contact us first, and we will help you with the next steps.

2. Eligible Products for Return & Exchange

3. Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return or exchange. You can reach out to customer service through our website or by email.

Step 2: Once we receive your return or exchange request, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

Step 3: Return the product along with all accessories, packaging, and tags to the provided address. Please make sure the item is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

Step 4: After we receive the returned item and complete the inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned product passes inspection, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Please note that the refund amount will not include the original shipping fees, unless we shipped the wrong product or the product has a quality issue.

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product, we will process the exchange accordingly. Exchanges are only allowed for products of the same category and value.

If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced product, you will need to pay the price difference. If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will refund the difference.

6. Shipping Costs

If the product has a quality issue or we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return or exchange is due to personal preference, including size or color issues, the return shipping cost will be borne by you.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
