OVERVIEW

This website is operated by JONATS LLC, trading under the brand name JONATS. Throughout the website, the terms “JONATS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to JONATS LLC.

JONATS provides this website, including all information, products, content, features, tools, and services available through the website, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service and the policies referenced herein.

You may not create multiple accounts to misuse discounts, promotions, referral offers, JONATS Points, or other customer benefits.

We may suspend, restrict, or close an account that contains false information, is used fraudulently, creates a security risk, or violates these Terms.

SECTION 4 — PRODUCT INFORMATION, COLORS AND SIZING

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, materials, sizes, measurements, and other product information accurately.

However, product colors may appear differently depending on photography, lighting, screen settings, display calibration, and the device used to view the website.

Minor variations may occur in:

  • Color or shade;
  • Texture;
  • Stitching and finishing;
  • Pattern placement;
  • Decorative details;
  • Product measurements;
  • Packaging.

Size charts and recommended age ranges are provided as general guidance. Children of the same age may have different heights, weights, measurements, and body proportions.

Reasonable minor variations do not limit any rights available when a product is defective, unsafe, materially different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer-protection requirements.

Products may be available exclusively through our online store and may be offered in limited quantities.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve the item or guarantee its availability.

Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to:

  • Limit the quantity purchased by one customer, household, account, address, or payment method;
  • Limit sales to certain countries, regions, or jurisdictions;
  • Discontinue a product;
  • Remove an unavailable product;
  • Correct an inventory error;
  • Refuse an order that appears intended for unauthorized resale.

Any offer for a product is void where prohibited by law.

SECTION 6 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that JONATS has accepted it.

After placing an order, you may receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This acknowledgment does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

An order is generally accepted when we begin processing it, send a shipping confirmation, dispatch the products, or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Inventory errors;
  • Obvious pricing or product-description errors;
  • Payment authorization failure;
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
  • Incorrect or incomplete billing information;
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
  • Delivery restrictions;
  • Unusually large order quantities;
  • Suspected unauthorized resale;
  • Misuse of discounts or JONATS Points;
  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

When reasonably possible, we will notify you using the email address or other contact information provided with the order.

SECTION 7 — BILLING, SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, email, and contact information for all purchases.

You are responsible for reviewing your order details and delivery address before submitting the order.

Please contact us at support@jonats.com as soon as possible if you discover an error.

We cannot guarantee that an order, product selection, size, color, or delivery address can be changed after processing or shipment has begun.

JONATS is not responsible for delivery problems caused solely by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

SECTION 8 — PRICES, CURRENCY AND PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in United States dollars or another currency supported and displayed through the website or checkout.

Currency conversion rates may be determined by Shopify, payment processors, banks, card issuers, or other third-party providers.

JONATS does not control separate foreign-transaction fees, currency-conversion fees, or other charges imposed directly by a bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.

Payment must be made using a payment method available at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method;
  • The information provided is accurate;
  • We may process payment for the total displayed at checkout.

Orders may be delayed, refused, or cancelled if payment cannot be authorized, verified, or completed.

SECTION 9 — PRICING AND WEBSITE ERRORS

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate prices, discounts, shipping charges, product details, availability, and promotional information.

However, typographical errors, technical errors, incorrect prices, incorrect discounts, or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may:

  • Contact you and ask whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price; or
  • Cancel the affected item or order and issue the applicable refund.

We will not charge an increased corrected price without your authorization when additional payment is required.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 10 — TAXES, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout where required by law.

For international shipments arranged by JONATS, applicable customs duties and import taxes are generally prepaid by JONATS through our shipping carrier. Customers are not normally required to pay these import charges separately upon delivery.

Customs clearance procedures, inspections, local regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

SECTION 11 — PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions, sale prices, and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including:

  • Start and end dates;
  • Minimum purchase requirements;
  • Product or collection exclusions;
  • Geographic restrictions;
  • Customer eligibility;
  • Usage limits.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Only one discount code may be used per order;
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with JONATS Points;
  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders;
  • Discounts cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash;
  • Promotional offers have no independent cash value.

We may refuse, cancel, or reverse a discount obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts, technical manipulation, promotional abuse, or another violation of these Terms.

When specific promotional terms conflict with this section, the specific promotional terms displayed with that promotion will apply.

SECTION 12 — JONATS POINTS PROGRAM

Eligible customers may participate in the JONATS Points rewards program.

Earning Points

Customers earn 1 JONATS Point for every full US$10 of eligible spending, as calculated by the JONATS rewards system.

Points are normally credited after delivery of the qualifying order has been confirmed.

For eligible orders placed in EUR, GBP, or another supported currency, the eligible amount may be converted into USD using the exchange rate applied by Shopify, the payment system, or the rewards system when the transaction is processed.

Cancelled, unpaid, refunded, fraudulent, disputed, charged-back, or otherwise ineligible transactions do not qualify for points.

Value of Points

Each valid JONATS Point provides US$1 off an eligible purchase.

Points may be used toward eligible merchandise and shipping charges where supported by checkout.

Redemption Rules

JONATS Points:

  • Cannot be combined with discount codes;
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • Cannot be transferred, sold, or resold;
  • Cannot be applied after an order has been completed;
  • Cannot be redeemed through an unauthorized account;
  • Cannot be combined with cash or another payment method as a split payment.

The customer must have enough valid points to cover the full eligible amount being redeemed at checkout.

Expiration

Valid JONATS Points do not expire under the current program rules.

Returns, Refunds and Adjustments

Points earned from an order may be removed or adjusted if the order is cancelled, returned, refunded, disputed, charged back, or later found to be ineligible.

Points used on an approved refunded order may be restored or adjusted where appropriate and technically supported by the rewards system.

Misuse

We may suspend an account or remove points obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts, unauthorized transactions, technical manipulation, promotional abuse, or violation of these Terms.

JONATS Points have no independent cash or monetary value outside the JONATS Points program.

We may make reasonable prospective changes to the program for operational, technical, security, business, or legal reasons. Valid previously earned points will not expire solely because the program rules are updated, except where required by law or where the points are connected to fraud, error, or account misuse.

SECTION 13 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available shipping methods, processing estimates, delivery estimates, shipping charges, and delivery destinations are displayed on the website or during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays;
  • Customs processing;
  • Severe weather;
  • Public holidays;
  • Transportation interruptions;
  • Incorrect delivery information;
  • Local delivery restrictions;
  • Government action;
  • Labor disputes;
  • Other events outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe communicated when the order is placed.

If we are unable to ship within a promised or legally required period, we will provide any notice, request for consent, cancellation option, or refund required under applicable law.

Orders may be shipped in more than one package.

Risk of loss generally passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the customer or an authorized recipient, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

SECTION 14 — LOST, DELAYED, STOLEN OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please contact support@jonats.com promptly if:

  • Tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located;
  • Tracking has not updated for an unusual period;
  • A package appears to have been lost;
  • A package arrives visibly damaged;
  • A package is returned to the sender.

We may ask you to:

  • Confirm the shipping address;
  • Check with household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management;
  • Contact the local carrier;
  • Provide photographs or other reasonable evidence;
  • Provide information needed for a carrier investigation.

Available remedies will depend on tracking information, the carrier investigation, the circumstances of the order, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy, and applicable law.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional reshipping or return costs may apply.

Nothing in this section limits rights relating to products that were not delivered as agreed.

SECTION 15 — ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request cancellation by contacting support@jonats.com as soon as possible.

Cancellation is not guaranteed after an order has entered processing, been prepared for shipment, or been transferred to a shipping provider.

If cancellation cannot be completed before shipment, the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure after delivery.

This section does not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right available under applicable consumer law.

SECTION 16 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, exchanges, eligibility conditions, return periods, evidence requirements, exclusions, and return-shipping responsibilities are governed by our Refund Policy.

Customers should review the Refund Policy before purchasing.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, unsafe, or materially different from its description, please contact support@jonats.com promptly and provide:

  • The order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs or other reasonable evidence where appropriate.

For ordinary returns, we may require products to be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

These conditions do not override rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, unsafe, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming products.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs duties, and other fees will be handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

SECTION 17 — MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Customers may have mandatory rights under the consumer-protection laws applicable to their location.

These rights may include rights relating to:

  • Product conformity;
  • Faulty or misdescribed products;
  • Delivery;
  • Order cancellation or withdrawal;
  • Repairs, replacements, price reductions, or refunds;
  • Unfair contract terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or replaces a consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory consumer law will apply to the extent of the conflict.

By submitting personal information through the website, you acknowledge that it will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment information may be processed directly by third-party payment providers. JONATS may not receive or store complete payment-card information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children in violation of applicable law.

SECTION 19 — CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SUBMITTED CONTENT

Customers may be able to submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, suggestions, questions, or other materials.

You remain responsible for content you submit and confirm that:

  • The content is accurate and reflects a genuine experience;
  • You own the content or have permission to submit it;
  • You have permission from identifiable people shown in the content;
  • The content does not infringe another person’s rights;
  • The content does not contain confidential information;
  • The content is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, fraudulent, or misleading;
  • The content does not contain malware or harmful code.

When you submit content through a feature that clearly indicates the content may be published or used by JONATS, you grant JONATS LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, translate, publish, display, and distribute that content for operating, improving, and promoting JONATS.

This permission does not authorize us to use personal information in a manner inconsistent with our Privacy Policy or applicable law.

We may refuse, edit, or remove submitted content that violates these Terms, but we are not required to monitor every submission.

Submitting content does not create an obligation for JONATS to publish it, maintain it in confidence, pay compensation, or respond to it.

SECTION 20 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its content, including the JONATS name, logos, photographs, videos, product descriptions, graphics, designs, page layouts, text, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to JONATS LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Termination does not affect rights, payment obligations, refund obligations, or liabilities that arose before termination.

Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective, including provisions relating to intellectual property, submitted content, payments, liability, and disputes.

SECTION 31 — SEVERABILITY AND NO WAIVER

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

If JONATS LLC does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived the right to enforce it later.

A waiver of one violation does not constitute a waiver of another or future violation.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional terms displayed with a product, promotion, rewards program, or service, form the agreement between you and JONATS LLC regarding use of the website and purchases made through it.

If these Terms conflict with a more specific policy relating to privacy, shipping, returns, promotions, or rewards, the more specific policy will apply to that subject, except where prohibited by law.
