1. Return & Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Trying shoes on indoors for fit is okay.
For size-related returns, please contact us first, and we will help you with the next steps.
2. Eligible Products for Return & Exchange
The following products are eligible for return or exchange:
Unworn and unused products
Products in original condition with intact packaging and tags
Requests submitted within the allowed return period
Note: The following products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Custom products (e.g., personalized items)
Gift cards, digital products, or downloadable products
Products that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged after delivery
3. Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return or exchange. You can reach out to customer service through our website or by email.
Step 2: Once we receive your return or exchange request, we will provide the return address and further instructions.
Step 3: Return the product along with all accessories, packaging, and tags to the provided address. Please make sure the item is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
Step 4: After we receive the returned item and complete the inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refund Policy
Once your returned product passes inspection, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
Please note that the refund amount will not include the original shipping fees, unless we shipped the wrong product or the product has a quality issue.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product, we will process the exchange accordingly. Exchanges are only allowed for products of the same category and value.
If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced product, you will need to pay the price difference. If you exchange for a lower-priced product, we will refund the difference.
6. Shipping Costs
If the product has a quality issue or we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return or exchange is due to personal preference, including size or color issues, the return shipping cost will be borne by you.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
